Patrick Niro, who co-led securitized product sales and trading at

Toronto-Dominion Bank

, has left the firm, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

A representative for TD Bank and Niro both declined to comment.

Niro spent nearly a decade at the Canadian lender, according to

his LinkedIn profile

. Before his most recent role, he was the head of U.S. securitized product sales, and prior to that, the head of asset-backed securities sales and U.S. investment-grade credit sales.

A string of executives have exited TD Bank over the last year as part of an ongoing restructuring. Paul Mutter, formerly the head of

U.S. fixed income

and global head of fixed income sales, left the firm last year as the bank made leadership changes to position the bank’s global markets business for long-term growth.

Other recent senior exits include Jason Wen, formerly the head of U.S. investment-grade credit sales and trading and Chris Vogel, who served as co-head of global markets.
